My Hair Journey

My hair started looking thinner which i soon learned is normal for perimenopause hair loss women. Lots of women experience this but nobody tells you beforehand this can happen . Then it got worse, Post menopausal hair loss in women is a real thing. By this time, my strands began to break regularly. Like many women, I struggled with losing hair during menopause, but I refused to give up.

Castor Oil: known for improving blood circulation due to its main component, ricinoleic acid, which is also anti-inflammatory. It also acts as a protective barrier by deeply moisturizing the hair shaft, which reduces breakage.

Olive Oil: is rich in antioxidants and fatty acids that condition the hair, fill in damaged cuticles, and prevent moisture loss, all of which reduce the fragility that leads to hair loss.

Peppermint Oil: This is an excellent choice for a stimulant. Its main component, menthol, is a potent vasodilator, which means it increases blood flow to the scalp. This rush of circulation delivers more nutrients and oxygen to the hair follicles, which can help induce the hair's active growth phase.
